Puppy Questionnaire

We always screen potential owners by using our puppy questionnaire, we invite you to complete it,in order to expedite the adoption process and be approved to be placed in our master waiting list. We take our time evaluating each puppy request, which may result in a lengthy response time; we appreciate your patience.

Our puppies are not placed in their forever homes until they are eight weeks old. A crucial period in the development of young puppies occurs between the ages of 5-8 weeks.They are kept with the mother for the first three weeks while she tends to them.

This is an important period for puppies to learn important socialization skills. It is crucial not to separate them from their littermates and is a great time to introduce them to other healthy animals. We socialize our puppies with our house cats. Early socialization of puppies and kittens has been found to reduce fear, aggression, and anxiety when they encounter new people, animals, or situations.. For a puppy, the world is completely new and it is important to stimulate them and expose them to a variety of different situations and textures such as dirt,concrete, grass,water and  This process aids in the development of confidence.

Puppies are taken to the veterinarian for their first vaccines, deworming, and health certificates between the ages of 6-7 weeks.

Unless they are intended to be displayed in conformation, our puppies are sold with a limited registration (non-breeding agreement). This may be modified under specific circumstances when certain criteria are met.
